Servicing Mercedes Vehicles (Digital Service Updated)
When servicing Mercedes vehicles, we carry out services in line with the Mercedes Service Booklet based on vehicle mileage and specification, confirmed by Flexible Service System. We also digitally update the vehicle’s Digital Service Report for a secure and more convenient way to record all service work undertaken to your Mercedes.
Service A
Mercedes-Benz vehicles released post-2009 require Service A after 1 year or 10,000 miles. After that, it should be after every 2 years or 20,000 miles. Service A involves replacing the oil filter and synthetic motor oil, checking all fluid levels and remedying levels as per Mercedes Service Booklet, checking tyres and remedying tyre pressure, inspecting braking system for any problems, inspecting washer system, headlight cleaning system and replacing wiper blades. We also inspect the battery condition and fluid level, check dashboard lights, indicators, interior and exterior lights as well as resetting the counter for your next Service A visit.
Service B
Similar to Service A, Service B will be required dependent on your vehicle’s specification. Typically Mercedes models vehicles post-2009 will need Service B in the first year or 20,000 miles, and then every 2 years or 20,000 miles after that. Service B involves replacing the oil filter, synthetic motor oil and combination/dust filter, checking fluid levels and remedying levels as per Mercedes Service Booklet, inspecting washer system, headlight cleaning system and replacing wiper blades. We also inspect the braking system, inspect the tyres and remedy the pressure. Other inspections include engine cooling system, checking all major components for leakage, inspecting antifreeze and corrosion protection. Then we reset the counter for the next Service B visit. For diesel vehicles, Service B also involves replenishment of AdBlue fluid, replacing fuel filter in line with model’s service manual and undertaking repairs specific to vehicle’s model and year.
